<p>This photo was taken at Watson Lake, Prescott, Arizona back in May 2011. Prescott, at more than 5300 feet above sea level, is a quiet little town with a great (and somewhat cold) weather.</p>
<p><span id="more-270"></span>This picture has an added significance for me. When we, my uncle George and I, got to this place it was about 9 degrees but it started to rain just a few minutes after we got there. It was quite windy and the temperatures dropped quickly. Instead of heading back, we stayed and waited out. After the rain, we got the blue skies and some sun light for the above picture.</p>
<p>The above picture was taken at 5:43 pm.  Just an hour or so before that, it looked like the picture below. The picture below was taken at 4:36 pm.</p>
